    I was not impressed with the experience or service of purchasing my new mower. First, the sales rep who works at the solution center would not follow up on emails, I did (the customer). I felt as if I was left in the dark on where the equipment was and was told Id get a purchase contract on Wednesday to sign. It wasnt until the following Monday that I got it. Once the equipment arrived, it was delivered without a hitch that was supposed to already be on the machine. The hitch was located in the bag with the owners manual. I attempted to put it on myself but could not as there is a plate on there and the whole back end had to be removed. When the service manager called me, I was told that it shouldnt be that difficult, but we will send someone to look at it. The tech came out and had to pick it up and take it back to Urbana to take off the back end, so yeah, it is that difficult. Needless to say, I should have went somewhere else.
