This is got to be the worst service ever constantly missing our pickups. Then they don't want to refund the money. Now I've canceled the service. And my garbage can is blowing into the corn fields because they won't pick it up.

Signed up with them its been 4 days since my trash pick up day and my trash is still out there. They didnt have any containers and told me to put the trash out there. They came by with a container and didnt even pick up the trash.

I wish I would have read the reviews before deciding on this company. Absolutely horrible. After three months of service, theyve missed picking up my trash five times. Thats a months worth of service. Considering I had to pay three months up front, they owe me money. It took them 2 weeks to deliver a toter to my home. When I called to complain, they basically told me since their driver said the toter wasnt on the curb they wouldnt come back to pick it up. The gag is the toter is always outside on the curb. And I have ring camera footage of that plus footage of their truck not even coming down my street. 0/10. Wouldnt recommend.

So as a new customer to GFL for the past year, Ive been really impressed with their customer service today. The company is new to the area and I have a hard to find drive way. So with that, our trash days sometimes go by without getting service. With that being said, every time I have had to call to report I am always greeted wit kindness and a willingness to resolve the problem quickly. Today was no exception, I called right at 8am to report yesterdays trash being missed, spoke to an Enid who was SO nice and kind. She said she would give me a call back quickly to report what the solution would be. Im writing this at 8:28 am to tell you, my trash was picked up within 10 minutes of getting off the phone. Just wanna give them 5 stars for always being helpful!! The men and women driving the trucks are also great! Always smiling and waving to my trash truck loving toddler!! Thanks GFL!
