Illinois Urologic Health Surgeons

My husband was charged for tests that were never done by Dr. Chung. We agreed to pay for the consultation (the larger part of the bill) but since no urine was collected we did not think we should have to pay for 2 urine tests that were never done (I was with him, I know for a fact they never got urine from him). The Dr. wanted to do a prostate exam and my husband refused and left, then we got billed for tests that never happened. They would not listen to us about the bill, administration never got back to us and then we got a notice months later saying our bill would go to collections, there was literally nothing we could do but pay for services we never recieved. They argued with us saying they got results from the tests, and if that is so, it was SOMEONE else's results, and we never recieved results. I would recommend ANY other urology clinic. This place is run by corrupt frauds or extremely unorganized individuals that mix up their clients labels and specimens, or both.

Very expensive.........30k to remove my wifes kidney stone as an out patient. The stent was removed in their office after a nearly 2 hour wait. Removal literally took less than 2 minutes and the charge was 900.00. I have to say Dr. Schwartz is very thorough and competant, but the prices are unfair.
