Chase Bank

This is a complaint against bankers Andrea and Mr.Camyr or Kamyr at the Chase Branch 253 E Dundee Rd, Wheeling, IL 60090. Mr.Camyr refused to help me with my card saying " we close in 5minutes", even though at that time it was only 4:51P.M., which I told him. I then asked Ms.Andrea for assistance and she reluctantly obliged. However, Mr.Camyr then told Andrea not to help me and she told me that she will no longer help me with my card and that it was my fault for "choosing to use Apply Pay" instead of my physical card. Both of these bankers were rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating.

impossible to get in touch with. they consistently neglect the phone. I have tried them literally thirteen times in a row and no answer. then when I drive to the location just to get some help, its dead inside. theyre not even busy. what was the hold up on the phones then? I didnt even have to wait to talk to someone there was no customers inside like at all. and then they tell me to come back in thirty minutes because the person I need JUST went on lunch break. like thats the whole reason I called, so I can make an appointment and not have to wait thirty minutes and waste my time or go back another day. like its crazy. THIRTEEN PHONE CALLS IN A ROW and no answer. I go in and its not even busy at all. maybe I should work there, it must be nice to get paid for doing the absolute bare minimum and slacking all day its really no wonder they have 2 stars on yelp
