        the manager at this BK knows nothing about customer service. I had ordered for the t-mobile tuesday and when i was ordering through the app it did not ask me to choose between a whopper or impossible whopper, i was never prompted to, and when i got to the store i noticed it was a regular whopper so i asked if they could do an impossible instead explaining i never was prompted to choose in the app , and the MANAGER gave me a whole lecture about how he loses money and now he has to throw this whopper away to make me a new impossible whopper LOL like are you serious?! the worst customer service experience ive ever had. This manager is THE WORST.

        It used to be a good place but now .. they mess up with every single order, not friendly and no person speaks English. Sorry I dont speak Spanish so k cant understand what exactly lady on drive through yelled at me
