Joe came to our property saying we'd get a written estimate within one week. Four weeks and three follow-ups later, we're still waiting. Each follow-up was sent to Joe's personal e-mail and left on his voicemail. He never even had the professional courtesy to return any of the messages. We're now using another vendor. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this poor-service firm. Very unprofessional!

Unfortunately it was a poor job, with poor quality, and materials. I was very patient and looked for multiple ways to resolve the pitting issues but Joe would continue to promise and delay. I finally stated that I would post reviews of the inferior quality and he again promised and did not respond. As a consumer who relies on reviews, especially on expensive work, I tend to provide positive reviews and am hesitant to provide negative reviews. However, after 4 months of run around I felt I had no more options. I am just glad that it was only a small portion of the driveway, if it was a full driveway it would be a very expensive loss. The driveway is literally crumbling and will not last another 3 years. Service: Concrete work

After or driveway was poured Aug. 2020 we received an additional bill for charges they didn't include. Sadly we started seeing the driveway immediately crumble. Tons of holes and the top layer is coming off. What was worse is they said they were looking into the problem and Joe even told me he was coming over to inspect it. He never showed up. After a dozen phone calls I decided to get more serious and file a complaint. Please do not use this contractor. They do a poor job and don't stand behind their work.
