Wouldn't provide any kind of estimated cost when i called so i decided not to use them, and then they called me back later and asked if we had an appointment.

Alex was great and priced very fair compared to everyone else we checked. He came out on a Saturday for emergency inspection and clean out of our outside sewer pipe. He has all of the tools and camera which helped determine a major root issue. Instead of replacing the whole pipe he said we only need to replace a small section of the pipe which saved us a ton of money. Most plumbers would lie and recommend replacing the whole pipe which was what rooter rooter tried when they came 4 years ago. Called him on New Years Eve because my battery sump pump alarm was going off notifying me I had an issue with my sump pump. He was at my house in less than an hour. Checked out the situation and gave me my options. There was no pressure to do one option over the other. He presented the facts. His pricing was very reasonable and he installed what I needed quickly. I will be having him back shortly to replace a toilet for me. I finally found a plumber I can trust and has great pricing.
