Steven and his team did a great job on our roof two years ago here in Skokie. They did the entire roof including the porch and gutters. Very professional, very clean, and finished on time. Steven even checked the insulation and the kitchen exhaust duct in our attic. My wife and I did not have to do anything, Steven took care of everything. He called my home insurance and got approved. I worked with Sarah and she was extremely helpful throughout the process. She walked me review my current home insurance policy then walked me through what the full claims process. During the roof installation, her and her partner checked in on the process in person and provided updates on the progress. Sarah and her team are very professional and easy to work with. EPIC inspected our house and found multiple hail damages all over the house that I didnt even noticed. Sarah Y, was the manager who helped us to get new roof, sidings, and other exterior parts. Work process was extremely fast by Sarah. About 2 months for inspection, insurance, picking colors and design, and installation. Also, Manager Sarah, and company owner, Steve, they were constantly watching and directing the work crew on site, every day!! I was very picky on the small details, and they met all my standards. (If you dont like some minor details, ask Sarah, she will show up with the crew the next day!) In addition, Sarah moved ahead for me, replaced my attic fans, ventilation, and other exterior parts on todays code and standards. It was something that i didnt even think of. Sarah Y, made things very easy for me and my family. under her hands, there are nothing to worry about. Thanks for the great work and increasing my house value.
