        If I could give 0 stars I would. They call to schedule a delivery and will just not show up for a few days with no heads up. Theyll call to schedule a delivery when my shipments get bumped due to food shipments that cant go with my hazmat delivery AFTER it has been scheduled for delivery and I call after its supposed to be delivered. Stuff happens I get it, but communication of those circumstances even if its automated would be helpful. If its a one time problem, ok bad days happen but its EVERY time Ive had a shipment scheduled with these guys. If you can use a different carrier, do it.

Additionally, he proudly represents Estes-Express Lines, since he not only told me that it is the largest freight company in the United States, but the best...!!!
