        I was visiting a friend & he commented that he's surprised I'd visit...huh? I asked why he said that & he said 'well,look around..It's dingy, smelly, running water with no end in sight, maintenance is EXTREMELY MINIMAL, no kind of safety or security, the other tenents are as****es, I just can't afford to move!' Jeeezzzz..stuck, with NO RELIEF IN SIGHT!
