grace has no talent, joke of a baker. order two cakes for my kids parties she ruined them both. cant even call me back and at least apologize. new owner is a pos as well and runs a horrible business. cant wait to see this place go under.

We have purchased 6 custom birthday cakes here over the past 3 years and they have all be great until this year. They were made sloppily and without care, which is very disappointing. This bakery is now under new management. The owners name is Rick. I spoke to him over the phone on Saturday 6/1 and he said he understood and would have Grace reach out to me. I have tried calling back 5 times every single day since then and he will not answer my phone calls or respond to my voicemails. My wife and I paid over $100 for these two cakes. I wanted to give them a chance to resolve this issue before we take this to social media, but it is clear the new owner (Rick), has no interest in resolving this issue. AVOID GOING HERE. you never know what quality of service and craftsmanship you will be getting. Rick if you are reading this and want to reply to my comment, please do so. We are STILL looking to have this issue resolved. We will not be back until this is resolved and we will be telling all of our friends and family to avoid this bakery.
