Very pleased with visit. Stff was great. They explained everything plainly, let me know what was covered, and than let me decide what work to have done. breath of fresh air in the dental jungle! Thank you for being so upfront and candid. It is greatly appreciated.

The only good thing I can say about this place is the receptionist. Shes amazing. Less than a year ago I went here several times for a broken tooth. Im told I need a crown and used sunbit to pay for it as insurance doesnt cover it. 1. He drilled the tooth down, fit me for the crown, and then didnt have temporary crowns so my tooth was constantly cutting my tongue for the 2 weeks I had to wait for the actual crown. 2. When I go in, the crown doesnt fit. Redoes the fitting and schedules out again 2 weeks. AGAIN the crown doesnt fit but hes going to make it fit. But then he didnt have time, so schedule out about a week to do that. He cancels the appt and schedules out another week. Then cancels that appt and Im told hes retiring and the other dentist there doesnt take my insurance. Never even did a cleaning. So Im stuck. I go to the dentist again recently (a different, better one). They tell me the crown was done so poorly, Ill have to have it redone. Again, insurance does not cover it and Im still paying for the other. It has caused other teeth to chip, the porcelain is chipped and cracked, and theres a GAP where my new dentist could fit her tool under it. Of course I then had to look at it, and it looks awful! That tooth has been sore and sensitive and I thought it was just me. I was told to write a letter to corporate and have my current dentist do this also (which they are) but someone else then tells me that they wont refund ANYONE. If they refuse, I will be seeking legal action as this has caused more issues and more money than necessary. And affected other teeth!

Was not happy at all with this place. The girls in the front desk were nice and all . The doctor didn't introduced himself, I sat had pics taken of my teeth then sat another 20 mins just so they can tell me they can't do it today would have to make another appt. The worsedentist ever. I will not be going there ever again. It only passed me off. All the doctor was concerned about was it was 20 mins till closing
