        Orlando helped us and was a joy to work with. He was not pushy and was full of great information. It was nice to get to try different mattresses and learn about them so we could pick out the right one for us. I highly recommend the American Mattress in Anderson, IN and work with Orlando!

        We knew we needed a new mattress but unsure of which one. Orlando took good care of us, he was patient and answered all of our questions. We bought a mattress a few years back from a local competitor and just to put in a few words American Mattress was way easier. There was no pressure in buying so we took some time and considered our options without being harassed to make a decision (especially since it was near closing time). We would 100% recommend them and if we need any more mattresses we will be taking our business to them.

      American Mattress was founded in 1988. Two co-workers from a local family owned mattress company became disheartened after the business was sold to a major corporation.The family owned culture quickly disappeared. Treating customers and employees like family was replaced by big corporate policies. The two friends decided to strike out on their own and create a company with a locally owned culture of friendships and treating every customer like family. The sleep industry had changed over the past 30 years, but the American Mattress brand has never wavered from its original beginnings and remains a symbol for unmatched customer service and the highest quality product offerings.
