Terrible customer service. Have tried several times in the last two weeks to get ahold of someone for testing. I have left several messages to receive a call back, nothing.

Tammy Wolverton is a Dr there and doesn't care if you run out of antidepressants. Called 4 days ago and still haven't had prescription filled so now I'm withdrawing. VERY IRRESPONSIBLE. I missed an appointment once and she cut off completely from my anxiety medication without explanation. Avoid this place.

I was seen there for my bipolar type 2 and anxiety. I was lied to my face about my insurance being verified and was told that over 3 times and got multiple surprise bills and statements that no insurance was attached to the visits. I literally stood up front and gave them my insurance card and she had to call someone else to help and then after 10 minutes of watching them they said it was verified in the system. My visit that day was also not covered after all that. Also called billing and gave them everything on my card and they said they would fix it. They never did. I will never go to the anderson center again, i will never go to st vincent hospitals again, and I will not pay one cent till it is fixed and if it goes on to collections i will probably press charges.
