        Hardee's has been one of my favorite fast food restaurant for many years. But this one in Anderson, IN. Need lots of help. A number of customers today were very upset. Most of us know it is hard to get good help. I have been in management and know it is difficult. But much of the time it is poor management.

        We went through the drive thru, and we didn't receive my husband 's Nashville Hot sandwich.

        4 cars in parking lot and no one at drive-thru, took 13 minutes to get the 2 combo meals we ordered. I rarely do drive-thrus and this solidifies my decision. The worst service, not a sole waiting for food in front of me!!!
