My mom set up a call with Madeline to get some insight into what it might cost to buy a house. Little did I know, my boyfriend and I would immediately have Madeline walk us through this big moment in our lives. He and I immediately fell in love with her and how similar her home buying experience was. Emmett and I closed on our first house (he at 25 & me at 23) on August 31st. She even made time in her busy schedule to DRIVE DOWN to Bloomington FROM FISHERS!! Having her there was not only bittersweet but felt so amazing as shes the one that started this whole process. We found Madeline before we even found our realtor! He and I found our dream home after a week of looking at only 4 homes. Madeline works amazingly well with any realtor you pair her up with. Our realtor couldnt stop talking about how much of a pleasure it was to work with her. Shes so knowledgeable and made sure she kept us updated on everything. With us being young first time homeowners, we had no idea what the process was like. She was happy to explain it over and over again (and she had to at times lol). We wouldnt be moving into our new home this Saturday without Madeline. Im so happy shell be in our lives for many more years to come! Thank you Madeline!!!
