Had issues with my SxS and brought it in to get repaired under warranty. Dropped it off to Chris in the service department and went up front to check out some new rides. 10 minutes later went to check if Chris needed anything from me before leaving and he already got the warranty work approved and the parts ordered. 7 days later got the call that my ride was ready. Thanks Chris for exceptional service. Tom Woods Power sports in Anderson defiantly has my business.

Sales associate Jason did a great job answering my questions, offering advice, and even assisting with the transport. This is a pleasantly laid back, beginner-friendly store. As a result, I plan to return for my next purchase.

Drove here from Marion to get us a new 4 wheeler. The salesperson never acknowledged us Matter of fact didnt even speak. Then went waited on another person. So fianc went to get a cellphone Mount for his motorcycle, and I did need a pair of motorcycles gloves. Customer service in the back was great. Ask me right away how he could help us, One of the guys name in the back was Russel thank you Russel maybe teach the guy up front how to give great customer service, I didnt get the other guy name in the back. Tom Wood missed $$$$ well buy someplace else.

Stingy on pricing, took 24 days to get a title, took 2 weeks to finally register it in my name because they wouldn't release the title, and transporter made a nice comment of "if you don't ride in the rain you're not a real rider"... Classy guys. Classy.
