The staff at the Anderson, Indiana office is great. The district manger is not, Jeff V. He believes he can bully customers. I was a customer for 12 years and once the district manager came on board I was bullied and threatened to sign my lease in 48 hours. The district manager refused to give me a copy of the lease before I signed it. Needless to say I left and went down the street to another storage business. In todays business world you cant treat customers the way the district manager treated me. Customers have options. I sincerely hope the district manager doesnt treat the staff at the Anderson location the same way he treated me. Employees have options, too.

Missy , the employee on duty stayed later and really helped us out with our unit! She was super friendly and made everything work for us! Thank you Go Store it self storage and a special thank you too Missy! You guys got yourself a real diamond in the rough with that one!!
