        I had appointment to finish and sign my dad's taxes. I arrived early and waited. No one showed. Their hours said they should be open by 10 but I waited nearly 30 mins and no one showed. Worst customer service ever.

        Miclot did a wonderful job on my taxes. In addition he was so very kind and patient with me and as a "Senior citizen" this does not always happen so I appreciate it very much..
