YOU were the one that built my confidence on the company YOU use for parts!! And not all my parts was from YOUR site YOU use they came from AutoZone as well!! And all the times I had to return $3,000 later was NOT one time a "part" issue! Your favorite line to use . It was your uncertified, active addict mechanics that forgot to bolt a $700 job. , or did a sloppy job because they were high!!! replacing bad tires from the bad tires I bought from YOU!! That was my life driving around like that! To top it off my second car my town and country van I had you look at and advice me that YES the motor was blown to find out all you had to do was replace the water pump,jumped it and sold it, You never once reached out and told me the motor wasn't blown, You know who told me your worker told me!! That's how I found out!!!! Gave me junk price knowing that was my main vehicle I used for everyday use for my elder mom and grandkids!! ONLY excuse you ever have to your customers it must be the parts!! WOW. You never owned the fact that just maybe it was YOUR company, YOUR toxic mechanics???? I will NOT let this ride. I got my car checked and guess what??? Wasn't the "parts" but how your mechanics installed them!!! You know your mechanic that worked on my car have resently been on busted for non other then drug use I will get justice through court. So don't come off with you care, and it was parts issue because that is a lye. I
