My wife and I have used Jackson Hewitt for years and this year our normal tax expert was out of office due to being under the weather. We came to the Austin Indiana location and Christine Yount was the lady we got for our tax preparation. She was extremely friendly, extremely helpful, and we could not have asked for a better person to help us. We will continue to use Jackson Hewitt and would definitely recommend Jackson Hewitt in Austin, Indiana to anyone looking for tax preparation. Thank you again Christine Yount.

Christine from the Austin Indiana office did my taxes yesterday, and she was very dedicated and help me so much. I had 3 years of taxes to do, so was definitely in over my head, and it took over 4 hours of her hard work, with legit taking only one break, and she finally got it finished, and still kept a great attitude and a smile on her face. She made me feel less like an idiot for waiting so long, due to being in over my head and it just getting worse and worse and made me feel like she actually cared about helping me and I couldnt be more grateful that she did! Shes amazing! Shes been there 18 years, and they are a small yet very busy office, so hopefully one day she not only gets a well deserved raise/bonus, but some bigger recognition for her dedication and hard work, and for almost 20 years of it at that!!! Thanks Christine!
