The Residences on Ronald Reagan

5 years and I still feel like Im on vacation. Having lived all over the world in some fabulous places, this place ranks second only to Rome on the list. Its amazing how quiet the apartment is. Noises out in the hallway can be heard, but any sound from other apartments is rare to non-existent. Im appreciative that my musical practice time in the early afternoons (and not on weekends, unless I have a performance) has not caused any problems, that I know of. The grounds are immaculate and the staff is incomparable. Ive read some of the other reviews, and all the 5 star comments are spot on. I could not have found a better home. If my apartment ever went up for sale, Id buy it in a heartbeat! Well done Residences! 9 years and counting. Still a wonder Place to live. Hoping the grounds will start to look a bit better maintained after pandemic, drought and laying new cables. I recommend to everyone I know looking to move, give The Residences a look.

I hv lived here 6 or 7 years an everyone has always been nice this year we are having trash issue but I am trusting the staff two work that out soon they hv never let us down we live in lg 3 bed 2 bath an if I cal lfor help they all was come evan after hours .all the staff are real professional hope this helps the new renters the staff will help you anyway they can

Management has been great! Great access to everything Avon has to offer. The only downside, is the trash. There has been quite. A bit of issues with our trash company and trash that is left around the complex.

Love it here. Everyone is nice, prompt with Service & the management keeps the grounds very clean. Close to stuff too. Restaurants and downtown is not far either. Love it.

Maintenance knew what to do when being requested for a service call, in and out in about 5-10 minutes and everything works just fine now.
