Passenger side of truck damaged to avoid head on collision, got 5 estimates. Dropped high and low estimates. Out of remaining 3, which were within 2 to 4 hundred of each other. Picked, D&D from all the positive reviews left from past customers. 11-2020 stopped and asked if he was still interested in repairing my truck. YES he stated, I would like to have your business. I asked when would be a good time to bring it back. He stated 1-4-21 would be a good time, this would allow him to get other repairs finished. I dropped it off 1-4-21as he requested. Went back 2 months later to see how progress was going. Hoping he would be about finished with it. My truck was still sitting in same place I parked it when I dropped it off. Questioned him, he said going to start it at beginning of week. Went back in 2 weeks an he had my truck taken apart. Ive been stopping every couple of weeks and its been slow to no progress on truck. When I stopped 1st part of May of 2022, he stated my truck would be done in 2 weeks. Well its July of 2022 and he still hasnt finished repair work yet.

I hate leaving poor reviews for business's but if it helps someone else make a good and informative decision then I will. We were told when we brought our vehicle in for an estimate an appointment date to bring it in and drop it off which we did. From the date we dropped it off till the day we had had enough of the lies and broken promises was 3 months of the vehicle just sitting there. We stopped in and told the owner we were over it and taking the vehicle, all he said was "okay" we immediately dropped it off at another shop and they already have started on it. I understand being short handed and other covid related situations but the lack of communication and lies was all I could handle. Overall I will say that they are nice people and easy to talk with but unfortunately this situation did not work out the way it was planned. Service: Body & Trim
