This is the worst ULTA on the face of the planet. Customer Service is awful. Every time.

I am a headlice removal technician and I needed a terminator lice comb ASAP to complete a job and Ulta saved the day! I purchased the Fairy Tales head lice kit that included a lice comb for $29.99 and I was able to complete my job!

I visit this location often as I am a huge Ulta fan, but this site is never friendly, they rarely ask me if I need help or offer support on the sales floor. This weekend I went to the register for my birthday gift reward, and the cashier told me Were out. Its first come first serve. I asked if I could have the next month Reward or something else, as Im pregnant and this is the earliest I could travel out to the store. He said No, theres nothing that he could do. I drove 40 minutes to another store in Whitestown, IN. They were also out of the gift, but without hesitation, they offered me a different sample. I made sure to go purchase a few items too so they get the commission! Avon staff is just needlessly rude and unhelpful.
