        When an employee Thaddeus worked here, everything was smooth sailing. For the past year, it has been nothing but issues and though they have maintained politeness, the money and communication was a miss. I have been patient with the process but finally switched because they were charging me more and more and they had even messed up my policy by canceling, upon themselves, to try to "save me money" but tripled my payments. This was my final straw. Also, the app needs a password reset upon every use which is how the monthly communication became a must. They have achieved being my worst insurance experience because I have never had issues with other companies, ever.

We are here to serve and want to help everyone we can. You may not be aware but all insurance prices are going up and will continue to go up and we have no control over pricing.       Jean, Thank you for the review. I did notice that you where on Milewise which is a great choice when you drive very little. I am glad we are able to offer programs like Milewise to reduce insurance costs for clients that drive very little! Thank you for choosing us!
