Been buying boots since 2005 with Red Wing. I purchased a new set in 2022, 3 months later the toe was separating from sole. I was told by the female manager that it was normal wear and tear, and warranty wouldn't cover it. So I refused to pay 300-500 bucks on a new pair of boots that only last 3 months. Bought a pair of cheap Amazon boots for 200, and here it is a year and a half later, and they are in great condition, just stink! It's a shame they would rather let you shop somewhere else, after being a customer since 2005! Sometimes you don't get what you pay for.

I came in to use my boot allowance from WM, and the lady was very helpful, showing me an extensive list of qualified boots, and after only trying on two pairs, I found a pair of BOA boots that fit me perfectly.
