Owens Septic Service

We have always used Owens for our septic needs , "BUT" I found out when calling and speaking with Kari, the office manager, (who by the way), was very polite and understanding (per my concern if it was going to be done right, if by chance we weren't able to be at home) to schedule a pump out on a Saturday, because ownership of the company had changed hands since we last used their services. I must say, after checking his work, I was very impressed with the "thorough" job the new owner (Jay) did. He actually pumped and "cleaned out" the tank (many companies only pump out the water in the septic tank, leaving all the sludge in the bottom of it). I highly recommend Owens to anyone needing their septic services.

Septic tank cleaning was fast efficient and friendly. Highly recommended!! I have a tough driveway and was worried about not being able to access. Technician made it no problem and was more than happy to answer all my questions.
