        I used to love this bank but now whenever I go to cash a check under $100 they want my I.D.; today at the drive-thru to give me back my check as I was going to go in and close all of my accounts. I went inside and a very rude young man said he'd fire those ladies and he was all too happy to close my accounts without hesitation despite how much I have. Apparently they don't care.

        Every time I go to this location I'm made to wait for a ridiculous amount of time. Today after waiting for 20 minute I was told that everyone was in meetings, would I like to make an appointment next week. How do you even run a bank when EVERYONE is in meetings!? Ridiculous. I'd give it zero stars if I could
