        First impression is everything. When I called the lady was rude from the beginning and laughed at me. If you want to gain clients you need to have receptionist that are kind, patient and respectful of your questions and concerns, thats what customer service is all about. Sad that this business will lose customers most likely daily because of someones poor attitude.
