    Great price & location! The apartment is very spacious! It accommodates my needs to work from home and to get to anywhere in Bloomington in less than 15 minutes. The management team is helpful and responds to questions and concerns quickly!

    This complex is not worth your money. I stayed from November 2020, up to September 2021. The Management is rude and maintenance is non-existent. My unit had a broken shower faucet, and a leak behind the master bedrooms' bathroom for two months and maintenance was so understaffed they couldn't get to my unit until the faucet couldn't turn off. Unfortunately they never repaired the toilet and it leaked constantly. As well as having air conditioning that constantly needed repair. Breaking nearly every other week. Furthermore make sure you document your rent payments. They took me to small claims court for missed rent payments. On a positive note. The stove, and refrigerator were new, and functioned without complaint.

    The apartments here are fine, but don't expect management to fix much of anything. We had a few requests after our tour of the apartment back in June, that we asked to be addressed. We were told they would be fixed by the time we got there. They were not. Some of those things, 6 months later, we are still waiting to be fixed (but a few finally got fixed a month ago). We have put in numerous work orders and emails for the things and management just keeps going in and marking them as completed or cancelling the requests all together. Over a week ago now, I called and left a message (because the office is appointment only) and I sent an email to follow-up on some requests they told me they were going to fix, over a month ago, once the parts came in. They have yet to email me back or call me back about these. Some of them are minor things that are just kind of annoying, but other things are relatively major issues that management just does not seem to care about. All of our current issues are things that have been problems since at least July or earlier. We were told they were behind on maintenance requests, which is fine, but 6 months is a little much. Plus, marking the work orders as completed or cancelling them with no explanation is a little ridiculous. One can only be so patient. I have never had this many issues getting in touch with the management of an apartment. We aren't bad tenants either, we always pay rent on time, aren't causing disruptions, and aren't breaking things. I'm not usually the person to go on and leave bad reviews either, typically I just review positive experiences, but I thought this was necessary to let people know who might be looking to move here. So, just a fair warning, they apparently just don't call people back or fix things. As for the apartments themselves, they're not bad. I would, personally, feel better if there was a security patrol around in the evenings, but overall, it's not too bad. We have never had an issue, but have heard some arguments/gun shots across the street a couple times. The apartments are big and are pretty nice, overall, as long as you don't have any issues that need addressed, you'll like it here! Update: It took exactly 3 weeks to hear back after I called/emailed about them cancelling the requests and I have yet to hear from them. Office is appointment only and they won't call to let me schedule an appointment about anything. I have left 3 messages and emailed multiple times and no one will get back to me. There was a lot of staff turnover this summer and fall leading to the delay. The manager let me know the situation and they are still behind, but getting caught up. I understand why there was delay, but after several calls and emails, it would be nice to hear something back a little sooner. Hopefully now that they are caught up on the staff, things can get fixed!
