Horrible place to be in and to live

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would definitely rate it as such. My fiance rented an apartment here thinking that it would be wonderful and that she would be here for many years, but unfortunately that wasn't the case, the property manager is atrocious. Mind you, my fiance picks up the garbage in the parking lot, cleans around the dumpster areas, is friendly to everyone-and the property manager decided to pick on her. She has had $300 worth of towing fees, because on two separate occasions her cars were towed, the phone call was from Diana Rollins, the PM. She has the parking sticker displayed in plain view, for Christ's sakes!! I took it up on myself to walk the parking lot the day her car was towed-there were 14 cars backed in, which is a LEASE VIOLATION; there were 2 vehicles being worked on, 1 of which had no tires, wheels-and it was up on jack stands, also a LEASE VIOLATION; it stipulates that you must have current tags, 8 were expired, 3 had no plate at all. Then to top it off, apparently the reason the truck was towed was because it was taking up 2 spots-well I'll be damned if there were not 12 cars in that parking lot that were right on the line! They didn't get towed. Kittle Group's corporate office will not call my fiance or anyone back for that matter. This place has taken my girl down a notch. She says, isn't this supposed to be a community? That's what you do in your community, to help your neighbors. She is trying fiercely to not let it affect her character, she's a great person and a neighbor I'd wanna have. This property manager is absolutely in the wrong, and she is the most ungrateful, miserable, human I've ever seen.

Feels crowded. No clear space to walk dog. Noisy.

Nice apartments....if you live upstairs tho very steep stairs and lots of them..all in all not bad
