        Firstly, the staff are excellent. Love everyone who works here. 5-star staff. The facility itself isnt great. Many promised amenities are not available. The floors in the units desperately need to be redone, even for renewing residents (of course). Dry wall is cracking. Exterior windows need to be cleaned.

        Based on the quality of the apartment and the short walk to campus, Urban Station is the perfect place for a student to live. I have enjoyed my time here and would recommend to anyone.
