        THE BEST APARTMENT COMPLEX IN BLOOMINGTON! the whole leasing office is super friendly and VERY helpful! helped me with everything i needed and went above and beyond for me every time!! everyone is happy and smiling! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!

        I am satisfied with the equipments and environment. BUT, the manger is not doing anything. I complained for the noise issue about my neighbors, but they didnt give me an actual solution. Every single time, the only thing is we will reach out to the residents. But, my neighbors still doing whatever they want. Its literally distributing me and my mental. In the past month, until today. I still suffering from my neighbors noise, loud music with HEAVY bass, loud talking and laughing. I paid for the rent, why I have to feel worried and scared my neighbors will make noise EVERYDAY??? It just SAD living here.
