Wouldve given 0 stars if I was an option. Let me ground this review in reality by stating I was initially impressed by the level of customer service upon my first visit. They were highly recommended, and Matt was very helpful during my initial meeting with him. Through no fault of his own, it all went downhill from there. I first waited four weeks (first availability for them) for my appointment to drop off my car based on my initial positive experience. They even called me to bump up my appointment 2 weeks ahead of the initially scheduled appointment. On the day of my appointment, they stated they had no record of that and asked if I would be willing to wait until August 2023, due to their then-current availability, to have my car fixed by them. I dont care how how good of service they provide, that is completely unacceptable. Since that unfortunate experience, my car has already been fixed and has been been looking great for well over a month now after having taken it to Tony Kinsers a few miles away. Theyre far and away more professional than my unfortunate experience w/ Cross Paint and their work is/was outstanding. Go there instead.

Very thorough appraisal on dage finding things normal eye would overlook. Very nice guy, very clean business. And had insurance filed and approved within hours. Not a five star due to not having work done yet, after work I'm sure it will be a 5 star rating. They seem to do business great and care about what they are doing.

The absolute best, courteous staff - we will go no where else for our car needs!

Great people and great service. They buffed out the scratches in my truck for free so I did not have to file an insurance claim.
