        I had an issue with my paycard and they were able to resolve it quickly. The staff was friendly and I was the only customer at this time.

        the worst customer service!! u have an employee greeting customers when u walk in and then theres 4 loan officers im guessing.. just trying to deposit thats all. 2 girls working inside help and drive thru at the same time.. wasnt even busy and struggle to get just few people on their way!! wow!! are we getting to the point of no interaction with humans anymore??? took me over 30 minutes just to deposit my own cash!!!

        Enduring an hour's wait only to encounter the agent's detached demeanor is really uncomfortable. It's perplexing why we would choose to hand over our hard-earned money to someone who treats us in such a manner.
