Amazing customer service and follow through. I have purchased 3 Ritchey Breakaway Ti bikes from Steve and Eric in the past. During one trip in Europe we lost a small washer from the frame and couldnt source a replacement anywhere. Covid was also disrupting supply chains. But for Steve it was no problem and he mailed the part to London to get us out of trouble. Well done

Steve performed a pandemic miracle for me. I wanted a very specific bike with a very specific setup. He tracked down the last Ritchey Carbon Breakaway Outback frame (probably for a couple years) in my size from the factory in Taiwan. Then he wrangled a SRAM wireless group and delivered exactly what I was looking for. He's been super responsive throughout the process and put his extensive experience and industry contacts to work to build my dream bike.

Steve has a ton of knowledge about all bike components and after a short conversation with him, he was able to recommend certain products to best fit my needs.
