The Frock Bridal // by appointment only

Went & tried on Bridal gowns last fall, didnt end up purchasing from here for non related reasons, but wanted to leave a review to say she was soooo nice & so helpful. Soo many beautiful gowns to choose from here!! Definitely recommend to any bride wanting to go find the dress & feel like a princess!! thank you for your time that day!

I had such a good experience at The Frock! I was nervous to try dresses on, but I felt so comfortable & was happily surprised by how much fun I had. Madison was extremely helpful and made great suggestions based on what I liked & didnt. We were the only ones in the store and my bridesmaids and I got to look through the dresses ourselves, which was a blast for us. Id recommend this place to all my friends!

I havent bought my dress from The Frock yet, but I am definitely going to! Madison is amazing to work with! She has contacted multiple designers for me. We have exchanged emails many times about options, materials, etc. She is always very kind and has never once pressured me to buy anything. I never imagined a shop like this would exist in Bloomington, but you really get the one-on-one bridal attention and experience here. Its also awesome that she works with independent designers. You can just tell that a lot of forethought went into all of the decisions Madison has made in curating her collection and designing her store. Madison is also very patient, a quality I am very appreciative of as a future bride with a lot of time until her wedding date and a lot of indecision. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I had THE BEST experience at The Frock!! Madison was incredibly helpful & knows the dresses inside & out! I felt so comfortable at my appointment & she made my whole crew feel welcome & special. I LOVED how private my appointment was also I didnt feel rushed or pressured & having the shop to ourselves made it feel so much more personal. Every time I tried on a dress & said I like this about it, but not that Madison would pull another dress that got me closer & closer to the elements I was looking for. I purchased my dress from her & it is more beautiful, unique & flattering than I ever dreamed my wedding dress could be! 100/10 recommend The Frock for brides who want a unique dress! Madison has a GORGEOUS selection!

I LOVED my experience at The Frock! I had a solo appointment there back in September, it was toward the beginning of my wedding dress shopping journey. I had only been to two other places elsewhere and had so-so experiences. Im so glad I got to try on dresses at The Frock because Madison totally raised the bar and showed me what a truly EXCELLENT experience is like. Not to mention the fact that the selection of designers carried here is just *chefs kiss*. I loved that the designers/dresses all had more unique and modern elements to them as well as more sustainable/mindful production. The shop itself is so cute too, I have to shoutout the decor which was memorable and features brides from movies which was fun and got me excited! I had the whole place to myself which made me feel so comfortable. While I did not end up purchasing a dress from here, I had more than one that lingered on my mind for quite a while (and honestly still do, ha!). Despite not having bought a dress, I wanted to give back by leaving this glowing review, because The Frock truly deserves it! Id highly recommend this shop to brides!
