I bought the Ziebart Gold Shield package upon buying my SUV a year ago. My very first time there I had to go back and have them apply the carpet protection to my 3rd row as they had skipped doing it. I called and they had me bring it back and did do it. Should be done right the first time though. July 2022 I took my SUV in for my yearly maintanence. The manager & I did a walk around upon me dropping it off as they usually do and he marked down all of the dents and/or scratches. I got it back with a NEW 2 inch very noticeable scratch and dent. I initially thought it may be from a door ding, but now that others who are more experienced with this are involved, it's believed to be from something else such as a tool hitting it while they detailed the outside. Anyways I called and spoke to the manager Nate to ask if they would view the cameras and see if they could get a license plate # so I could hold whoever did it responsible. (Because at 1st believed it was a door ding in their parking lot). He said he would call me back but never did so I called him back later that day to see what he found out. He claims they don't have any cameras to help me find out who did it to hold them responsible. What business doesn't have cameras? The store & corportate both say there are no cameras, they cannot help. Because of this, I cannot recommend anyone to leave their vehicle in Ziebart's possession as they will not help you with any damages received while it was on their property. Also, on my leather treatment, you can see where it was done and where it was not. You can tell the differences by the places that are shiny, dull, and also by the wipe marks. Also, the outside detail they did looked good, except in 2 spots. Some kind of liquid was sprayed and not wiped or rinsed off in those spots and it drip dried to the paint. I take pride in my vehicles and am very disappointed with this experience. Services: Full body wash, Clay bar treatment, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming
