I went in today to get my microphone replaced. I paid a head of time so I could pick up my phone and leave quickly because I had an important work meeting to attend. When I arrived the person working the front desk was on their phone and said they would be with me in a few minutes. He kept me waiting for 10 minutes before even beginning to retrieve my phone. I waited for another 5 minutes while he confirmed my identity before giving me my phone. It sounded like a person was working in the back. He/she shouldve been working the front desk. Ive never had customer service like that before. Please dont let that happen again. As a result I got in trouble with my boss.

My son locked himself out of his phone. I called close to closing time. The staff happily accepted waiting on us to arrive and then fixed his phone. Great pricing and friendly, helpful staff.

Wife took our sons IPAD in for warranty work on the screen protector and was told she would have to pay for it. Then she could file a claim to be reimbursed by the insurance company. Just another example of a company not backing their work. We will never do business with this place again.

Incredibly frustrated. I paid extra for a screen repair and protector with warranty. When I needed to use it only 6-8 weeks later, I was told I should have been given a little paper which I wasnt. Since I didnt have that to register my purchase, they refused to honor my warranty. No way to retrieve it. The sign selling the product in now way identifies it as a 3rd party warranty either. So, I was sold a bad product and the store doesnt stand behind it and Im out even more money to fix the screen AGAIN. The bare minimum they could do is identify the warranty company and process on their advertising.
