To the ladies at College Mall Sally Beauty who saved my hair - Bless. I walked in totally distraught over a hair process that took way too long and cost me way too much only to end up with results that made me feel so not pretty. I took one step in the door and (good lord, I wish I had gotten your names) the associate with bright red hair in a viking style cut greeted me and asked if I knew what I was looking for. I essential broke down and told her my whole life story and said "I ruined my hair, please help." Then, the other associate working (younger, long brown hair - both working the closing shift on 11/7/2021) jumped right in to assist as well. They were uber helpful, super supportive, and beyond kind. They directed me to the products I described that I wanted and gave me legitimate honest advice and feedback. I used everything I bought the same night and I have not loved my hair this much in a long time. Not to mention, it hasn't felt this healthy in YEARS and I was just processed with bleach like four times beforehand. I'm not one to write reviews often, but these ladies need Hella praise and deserve all my love and recognition. Legit, ya'll made my week. Thank you so so so much.
