Mary Higdon of Higdon Law, is exceptional as a lawyer and compassionate, moreso she is professional and proficient while on the case. She was very detailed, in her investigation and in the court room. She's small in stature but a huge fighter in the courtroom. She knows how to maneuver and make things happen. Wow, is the way I would sum up Marys level of care in one word for her clients. Mary is an amazing attorney. I was involved in a first time offense, so my level of anxiety was through the roof thinking I had messed up my whole life. Mary assured me that was not the case. She was so involved, and gave me her best to make sure I would be taken care of. From being attentive to messages and phone calls to making sure things were done right. Every question and concern I had, she had an answer for. I cannot appreciate her enough for what she made the whole process out to be. Shes awesome and really cares for the people she represents. I highly recommend anyone that is looking for the best lawyer in Bloomington to go to her.

I cannot say enough good things about Mary Higdon. First of all, she is extremely kind. That matters when under stress. Secondly, she gave me a free consultation, but I hired her halfway through, because I loved her manner. Her willingness to listen (at a time most lawyers wouldn't answer their phone) and the way she immediately told me what to expect in the next day/weeks ahead was so calming and helpful. She is impressively communicative. Every time I contacted her, I heard from her almost immediately, but always that same day. We have not met in person but she gives you the feeling you are her most important client. I found her retainer fee to be completely reasonable. Don't think twice. You won't be sorry. Hire Mary Higdon.
