I needed a small mold repair done for a rental and he told me he could do it, so we scheduled an appointment. He never showed up and I have tried to call and text numerous times and I see he has read my text messages but has decided not to respond to me. I wasn't mad that he didn't show up the first time. He could have just called me back and said let's schedule a different time but instead he has ghosted me for the last 3 weeks now. If he would've call me today to reschedule and did a good job, I would've left him 5 stars. Usually, I'm not a fan of leaving bad reviews but to just straight up ghost me is poor business. I hope he does better for future customers.

Had a number of projects done by them, recently. All, but 1, we're done satisfactorily and rapidly. Workers were conscious and worked hard. David, the owner, set up a day to check on on the 1 I'm having trouble with, but didn't show. Has not gotten back, despite numerous texts and phone msgs.
