        I needed church shirts embroidered with logo and name - I found Sitav Elturan at Underground Printing - She (and the whole company) is AWESOME!!! - helped me sort out what I wanted and was talking about - the design I needed - and went above and beyond. I got my shirts - the right size, the right colors, the logo was perfect and well done - all in a very timely manner. I can't say enough positives!!! They have found a life long customer in me.

        Heres what you need to know: Excellent customer service. Olivia was extremely helpful and answered questions about custom printing and stock products. Decent value that's reasonable in pricing for the in-stock tee shirts, caps, mugs, and other merch. Overall the service made for a great experience. They had long sleeved and short sleeved tees in different cotton blends. Everything is priced around $20-25

        We had a super-rush T-shirt order and Underground Printing went above and beyond anything I could have expected in order to get it to our team in time. Everyone loved the shirts and I loved the customer service. Highly recommend!

        Sorry folks but I worked on getting something ordered here for over a week going back and forth between working with a person and trying to order online which was being "suggested " over and over. I only gained more frustration by the day. Although the lady was very polite; sending me link after link to "help me process my order", it was useless. I ended up going to Bedford to someone that I was referred to and it was a very pleasant experience. Easy as ....sent the picture of what I wanted, told them the size, "they" did the rest and I had my product in just a coupe days and at one third the price of what I was quoted here. Giving one star only because the lady was nice; otherwise would be zero.
