Excellent doctor. I've been his patient for 20+ years. Caps, fillings, gum treatment - everything is of high quality. Dr.Allen helped me smile again.

The most amazing dentist ever.I used to be scared to go to the dentist but not now.The doctors soft touch giving shots is amazing.I get asked all the time who is my dentist isI wear dentures that Dr.Allen made for me and the only thing people tell me is that I have an amazing smile,they look real as real is.The staff is friendly, efficient, and delightful to deal with.BTW,its a hour and half drive for me but for his expertise,Ill drive that far.Thank you Dr Jeff

Horrible experience. Not a welcoming environment at all, there was minimal conversation before or after the procedure. My fianc expressed that he wanted to wait to have his wisdom teeth pulled and Doctor Allen continued to work. My fianc had 2 wisdom teeth pulled and Doctor Allen did not give the numbing shots time to get his mouth numb before they pulled them. My fianc expressed that he was in pain and he physically could not sit still because the pain was so severe, it was noticeably uncomfortable. Doctor Allen refused to give him more numbing shots and continued to work. The assistant he had was rude as well. Do not recommend at all.

i have been seeing DR Allen for about more than 3 years and i have had regular cleaning filling and i always enjoyed gong there and talking to DR Allen he is the best, but the only issue that i always had was really bad customer service at front desk, i called yesterday to follow up my up coming cleaning appointment the Lady on the phone she was screaming and yelling at me and i couldn't ask my question and she hang up at me, well i thought she might had a bad day and i called the next day for better service and it was same lady and even worse attitude, i asked her why she was yelling at me yesterday she said that this is how she talk no apology, i hope Dr Allen read this Review and notice the way this lady treating customers, anyways sadly i had to look for another Dentist and i will miss that place and Dr Allen
