I called them and gave them my insurance information over the phone to ensure that they were in network with my plan, because I had run into this being a problem prior to talking with them. At that time, I gave them details about what type of plan I had. They told me yes, we do take your insurance, so I scheduled an appointment. The appointment was about 5 months out, and I didn't look for anyone else because they ensured me that I was in network with them. A few days before my appointment, I filled out the new patient paperwork online. They called me and said that "no" we do not take your insurance. Then why would I have scheduled an appointment with you 5 months ago, if I knew that you didn't take my insurance when I gave you explicit details about my plan. Very disappointing to have wasted so much time waiting on an appointment, when they knew my insurance information in advance.
