The women at the front desk are rude and snotty. I missed 2 appointments. My father passed away. Then my brother and mother both passed after my father. I wasn't thinking clearly and missed the 2 different appointments. I tried to explain what had happened. But that didn't matter. I understand that it's all about the money to these people. I thought that they would have understood. It was my fault for not being there. But once again I was mourning and not thinking. Maybe one day the same will happen to them one day. They are very uncompassion people. Except for the cleaning ladies. They are kind.

I went in with a broken tooth and pain. They explained everything to me and they all work as a team to make your painful situation a thousand times better! Got me an appointment to go back and do teeth cleaning! So many nice and friendly people working here! They make sure you are taken care of!! Thank you Dr. K and his staff!!
