        Prepare to wait 15 minutes or more for someone to answer the phone, then wait 2-3 months for the appointment, maybe someone will call you to confirm the appointment, but maybe not, so if you were on top of everything and showed up on time, you'll wait a half hour in a nearly empty waiting room for an appointment that will last about 5 minutes, but if you weren't on top of it, you'll either be late or miss the appointment, then need to go through the process again. This office was never great, but has gotten worse. It's awful! If you can find another option, take it! This place is not where you want to go!
