Had a wonderful experience with city glass. I bought a cute wooden coffee table on Facebook marketplace and it was clearly missing the glass tabletop. They quoted me a VERY reasonable price for custom cut glass and were very attentive in understanding my needs for this project and asking all the right questions. Turnaround was about 3-4 business days (also VERY reasonable) and when they were finished the price was even lower than I had been quoted! I would absolutely come here again for any glass needs and cannot recommend highly enough!

City Glass of Bloomington took a week to send someone out to look at our new basement shower that just needs existing doors installed. Guy comes and looks at our door and says no problem, will take 2-3 hours to install. After another week, they call and give me the date for install (3 weeks away). Today I call to confirm (because I don't have the best feeling about them) and he tells me they wont actually touch it because its not their glass door!!! Ive told him in multiple convos that this is a rush because we are hosting a family reunion soon. Hes now wasted a solid month of our time and wouldve wasted who knows how much more if I hadnt called him today, because he clearly had no intention of letting me know he wouldn't do the job that they assured me twice they would do. I had to push to even get a half-hearted apology out of him.
