        I had a great experience with my first bikini wax, Hannah was very polite and professional. She made me feel comfortable. The location was easy to find. I definitely recommend this spa.

        Had high hopes this would be my go to spot for waxing. However zero understanding for graceful customer service and building long term customer loyalty. Having a cancelation policy is crucial for businesses, yet when your first time guest has a car issue that unfortunately keeps them from your service (and already shifts someones whole day upside down) and you arent able to allow for their deposit $30+ dollars go to a rescheduled appointment. Absolutely ridiculous. Zero understanding of long term revenue and the power of a referral. One courtesy cost them roughly $936 dollars from me for a year worth of services not to mention the word of mouth marketing and referrals that would have come from the extensive network in Bloomington. Hope it was worth the $30 dollars. If youre a business owner take notes.
