        If you're considering becoming a client, be sure to call to get an estimate of the service(s) you're seeking because the prices aren't on the website. I failed to do this and paid dearly for it - literally! I was charged $200 for one all-over color on my medium-length hair and a mediocre haircut of only a couple inches. I submitted a request to review the service charge via the website and after a week of no response, I called to follow up. Fast forward a couple more weeks and I was issued a $35 refund for an overcharge. All in all, I still spent over $200 (after tip). I gave two stars because the stylist was really nice and the color came out well, but I will not be going back.

      I apologize you had that experience and the confusion around it plus the delay in refund. As it turns out, that stylist is no longer with us and our standard is to always inform a new client of the service cost during consultation.
